Chocolate chip banana bread is a family favorite. I also make it fairly often because I buy only organic bananas which tend to ripen faster, and often find myself with a couple of overripe ones. There are never any complaints however, as at this point this recipe is an old favorite and both the kids and I love to eat it. Even a double batch of this stuff does not last long at our house.
Banana bread is a classic, and this chocolate chip banana bread is the perfect one to add to your repertoire. It has just the right density, is perfectly moist, and the chocolate chips give it just the right finish.
